DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.
We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That’s because it yields quality prints, it’s cost-effective for one-off orders, and there’s almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.
Traditional screen printing are labour intensive to set up however is most cost effective with larger quantities, longer lasting prints even with frequent washing. Perfect for staff uniforms and sports teams.
Our cut & sew garments include any non cotton sweatshirts and shirts. Each garment is individually all-over sublimation printed, precision-cut, and hand-sewn. Graphics are printed onto sublimation paper using specialty inks. After a graphic is printed onto the fabric, the shape of the garment is precision-cut and hand-sewn with industrial sewing machines. This ensures a consistent all-over print and durable construction.
